About the project

In early spring 2021, tech-savvy entrepreneurs Kalle Bodestig and Gustav Zellman had a vision for a more intuitive job platform – one that would put the job seekers needs first, and at the same time streamline the process of candidate selection. Together, we set off on an exciting journey of design and development, combining sleek UX design with strong full-stack skills.

Hassle-free Job Applications

The application process on Jobnet is quick, easy and transparent. Anonymous salary matching ensures that the candidate and the company have the right expectations from the start. The entire process is done within the platform, and candidates are notified of any updates to their application.

AI Assistant for Recruiters

Jobnet AI makes the creation of job listings and selection profiles a breeze. After a guided conversation with Jobnet’s custom OpenAI-powered AI, the recruiter has a high quality job listing draft in less than five minutes.

Forming the selection profile is equally intuitive – just drag and drop the skills and qualities required for the position from a curated list, and the questions for the applicant are automatically created.

Streamlining the Candidate Process

Once the applications start rolling in, they are easily managed with the kanban-like Candidate Dashboard, providing a customizable overview of active vacancies and all relevant candidates.

The candidate card collects all relevant information about an applicant, including a handy candidate score indicating suitability.

Brand Characters

Recruitment is ultimately all about people and we wanted the branding and visuals to reflect that. To this end, we created a diverse cast of characters representing both job seekers and recruiters in a light-hearted but professional style. Collectively, they embody the brand and breathe life into Jobnet’s communications across marketing channels.
