It can be a project team from us taking responsibility for the delivery of your app, service, or product, or a specialist joining your existing team to strengthen the work there. Behind every engagement stands all of Intunio: 30 designers and developers with experience of complex B2B systems, industrial software, design systems, embedded UI, and the full breadth of digital product development.
The standard rate is 1,095 SEK/h for senior consultants, and every project starts with careful estimation so you have a clear price picture before we start. For continuous engagements where the prepayment model fits, Team retainer offers a lower hourly rate. The comparison is further down the page.
The two can be combined, and the need decides. One is an engagement where we drive the work, the other is reinforcement where you do. Below we describe what applies to each track.
We set up a team with UX, design, development, or a mix, that takes responsibility for the process and the delivery. You drive the backlog and priorities as Product Owner, we drive the work. Work is invoiced monthly in arrears against reported time.
You already have a design team, a development team, or a product organisation, and need a specialist who works in your processes, your systems, and your channels, reporting to you. You get CVs and interview the consultant before deciding. We carry the employer responsibility and back office.
When a team from us is building your app, service, or product, the work always starts with a detailed estimation. We break the need down into concrete tasks and phases, with time estimates grounded in 20 years of project experience, and present assumptions, risks, and buffers openly in the material. You get a clear price picture before we start.
The estimate is well-founded, not a guess with a margin:
Comparison against previous projects. We systematically compare your need against estimates and outcomes from earlier deliveries: this type of work took X hours last time.
Exhaustive scope analysis. We go through user states, error cases, inputs, and integration points, so more of the scope shows up in the estimate and fewer surprises show up in the delivery.
Feasibility tests during estimation. For uncertain assumptions we build mini-prototypes before the start, with AI tools as aids. Instead of guessing whether an API integration or a UI pattern works in your stack, we test it before we price it.
If you want an even stronger basis, the estimation can be combined with a pre-study: concept, technical plan, and a buildable first version of the requirements.
Full transparency during the work. When we drive the project, backlog, time tracking, and status are visible in Linear throughout the engagement. You see the same view the team works in, not a separate report.
Option of a price cap. If you want the flexibility of ongoing work but still an upper limit, we set a cap on the project cost, based on the estimate. You pay for time spent, but never more than the cap.

We have no problem entering your framework agreements, supplier agreements, or procurement structures. Hourly rates, reporting, and invoicing adapt to your requirements.
When a consultant strengthens your team, they work with your licenses, your code, and your channels. Time reporting per your requirements, monthly invoicing in arrears.
You describe the need: competence, scope, length, and any requirements such as security clearance or language. We propose consultants with CVs, you interview and choose. If you need to rotate, expand, or supplement during the engagement, we solve it without new procurement.
Intunio carries the employer responsibility, salary, and all back office. You get the competence without hiring overhead, and the consultant has the whole Intunio team behind them.

1,095 SEK/h. Standard rate for senior consultants. The hourly rate can vary with competence level, engagement length, and any framework agreement terms. The final rate is confirmed in the offer.
Invoicing
Monthly in arrears. Against reported time, or per the structure your process requires.
Price cap
By agreement. Based on the estimate, we can set a cap on the project's total cost.
Ending and extending
30 days' mutual notice. Applies to ongoing engagements unless otherwise agreed in a framework agreement. Rotation, expansion, or extension during the engagement is handled without new procurement.

Tools. AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Codex), Linear, Figma, Slack, and GitHub when we work in our tools. Travel is invoiced separately by agreement.

Team retainer gives a lower hourly rate (995 SEK/h) and full flexibility to switch people and scale, in exchange for the month's capacity being paid in advance.
