It can be a project team from us taking broad responsibility for the delivery — or a specialist joining your existing team to strengthen the work there. The standard rate is 1,095 SEK/h for senior consultants. Every project starts with careful estimation, so you have a clear price picture before we start.
We recommend Team retainer as our primary model for continuous engagements — it gives both you and us the best conditions for long-term value. But not every project fits the prepayment model, and sometimes you just need one person. Then Expert consultants is a good and direct way forward.
An expert team driving your project. We set up a team — UX, design, development, or a mix — that takes responsibility for the process and the delivery. You drive the backlog and priorities as Product Owner, we drive the work. Work is invoiced monthly in arrears against reported time.
An expert strengthening your team. You already have a design team, a development team, or a product organisation, and need a specialist who works in your processes, your systems, and your channels, reporting to you. You get CVs and interview the consultant before deciding — we carry the employer responsibility and back office.
The two can be combined, and the need decides: we have 30 designers and developers with experience of complex B2B systems, industrial software, design systems, embedded UI, and the full breadth of digital product development.
Whatever the setup, every project starts with us breaking the need down into concrete tasks and phases, with time estimates grounded in 20 years of project experience. You get a clear price estimate of what your app, service, or product is expected to cost — before we start.
If you want an even stronger basis, the estimation can be combined with a pre-study: concept, technical plan, and a buildable first version of the requirements.
Full transparency during the work. Backlog, time tracking, and status are visible in Linear throughout the engagement. You see the same view the team works in, not a separate report.
Option of a price cap. For those who want the flexibility of ongoing work but still an upper limit, we can set a cap on the project cost, based on the estimate. You pay for time spent — but never more than the cap.

Procurement and framework agreements. We have no problem entering your framework agreements, supplier agreements, or procurement structures. Hourly rates, reporting, and invoicing adapt to your requirements.
Your tools and processes. When a consultant strengthens your team, they work with your licenses, your code, and your channels. Time reporting per your requirements, monthly invoicing in arrears.
Matching and interview. You describe the need — competence, scope, length, any requirements such as security clearance or language. We propose consultants with CVs, you interview and choose. If you need to rotate, expand, or supplement during the engagement, we solve it without new procurement.
