About the project
Arena by MIT is a versatile physical access management platform, designed to accommodate organizations of all sizes—from small businesses to large enterprises. For end users, unlocking doors or booking resources like washing rooms or sports facilities is just a few taps away. One of Arena’s key strengths is that everything runs directly in the browser. This makes the system accessible on virtually any device and removes the need for installations or manual updates.
Enkel access
Vid entrén leder en QR-kod användaren direkt till upplåsningsgränssnittet. Det kan nås via webbappens inbyggda skanner eller via telefonens vanliga kamera. Användaren får en tydlig överblick över alla tillgängliga funktioner på ett ställe. För besökare utan behörighet finns en porttelefonfunktion med sökbar boendeförteckning som möjliggör snabb och intuitiv kontakt. Målet var att göra fysisk access lika smidig som en modern digital tjänst.
Powered by variables
The Arena design system is built from the ground up using Figma variables across multiple layers, allowing for rapid design adjustments and effortless theme customization. Currently, the system supports both dark and light modes, but it’s fully equipped to accommodate partner-specific color palettes and typography.
Arenas varumärke
Arena är positionerad som en heltäckande lösning för fastighetsaccess. Plattformen omfattar dörraccess, porttelefon, bokning av gemensamma utrymmen, sensorer, övervakning, larm, belysning och mer. Vi tog fram en varumärkesidentitet som speglar detta sammanhängande ekosystem. I centrum står symbolen Cloud Key, som representerar digital tillgång till fysiska platser. Symbolens enkelhet gör att den fungerar väl både i digitala gränssnitt och i fysiska miljöer. Tillsammans med en tydlig färgpalett och modern, lättläst typografi skapar den ett uttryck som är både särskiljande och funktionellt.

Behind the scenes, a robust and scalable admin dashboard equips supervisors with the tools to efficiently manage large user groups across multiple locations or organizations.
