Intunio is a design and development studio in Gothenburg. UX expert review is a lightweight assessment where one of our UX experts systematically goes through your product and delivers concrete feedback on the user experience.

We use AI tools to gather screenshots, flows, and context quickly. A human UX expert then makes the actual assessment against established design principles, with concrete recommendations your team can act on directly.

How we work

Three short steps, around one week in total:

Gathering. We use AI tools to systematically go through the product: screenshots of central views, mapping of flows, structural analysis. It's fast and provides a comprehensive picture for the expert assessment to build on.

Expert review. A UX expert goes through the material and the product itself, against established heuristic principles and our experience from similar products. This is where the most important observations and recommendations emerge.

Report. A brief, prioritised report with observations, recommendations, and quick wins. Written to be directly usable for design teams and development teams.

What we offer

• UX expert review (around 20 hours, about 1 week): AI-based data gathering, expert review, prioritised report. Fixed scope for a defined product or main flow.

For larger products or multiple focus areas, we either do several UX expert reviews in sequence or move to Product validation, which includes user interviews and technical review.

Pricing

995 SEK/hour (discounted rate with a monthly agreement).

A UX expert review at around 20 hours lands around 20,000 SEK. With a monthly agreement, you pay the month's estimated cost in advance and get a price you can plan around. No commitment beyond the current month.

AI tools are included in the rate. We use Claude and similar tools for data gathering and synthesis. It's our expertise working faster.

Common starting points

Three typical situations where a UX expert review becomes relevant:

Quick feedback before release. You have a product or new version that's about to go live and want an outside look before users see it. The review points out the most urgent UX issues to fix before release.

New iteration of an existing product. You're planning a design update or feature expansion and want a UX status on today's product as a starting point for the work ahead.

Outside voice on the design. The internal team is too close to the product to see the obvious UX issues. An external expert picks up what has become invisible.
